Wooden sashes are produced in the thickness of 42 mm. Door frames are made from selected pine wood and construction-quality glued. The construction and material of the door panels depend on the door model The wood is glued with ecological glues resistant to water - class D-4.
Sealing
In order to provide quiet closing and eliminate noise a seal is part of the door frame.
Hardware
Internal doors are equipped with the following hardware as standard:
1. hinges regulated in two planes
2. lock
3. Additionally available to Customer's order: handle, vent tubes, (in the following colours: gold, patina, sateen, chromium) and seal.
Glazing
We provide to Customer's order ornamented panes of 4 mm thick, safety panels,obscured, beveling, stained glass etc.
Painting materials
The doors are varnished with ecological water-soluble varnishes according to the colour sets available.

External doors
Elements
Wooden sashes are produced in two thicknesses: 52 mm, 68 mm. Door frames are made from selected pine wood and construction- strength glue. To strenghten the resistance of the door leaf to warping, there are two aluminium flats of 3 mm each fixed into the vartical frames. The construction and material of the door panels depends on the door model. The wood is glued with ecological glues resistant to water - class D-4.
Sealing and insulating layer
In order to protect the apartment against the unfavourable weather conditions, a double sealing has been applied. The produced doors are energy-efficient thanks to the applied door panels insulated by isolating materials. The insulation is from 8 to 16 mm thick, depending on the sash thickness. The door panels and the double-glazed panel are siliconed on both sides of the sash along the entire perimeter to effect a close/tight seal.
Hardware
The doors are equipped with the following hardware:
1. hinges regulated in three planes
2. blocking against forced entry
3. 4 point dead lock with two attested inserts or two mortise locks
4. handle
5. aluminium or wooden threshold
Glazing
One-chamber double glazed panel. Panels that can be made to order: reflective, antisol, obscured, stained-glass, anti burglar.
Painting materials
The doors are varnished with ecologically acrylic varnishes according to the colour sets available. The doors are impregnated to achieve a full resistance against unfavourable weather conditions.
