The price for 1sq. meter is 295 EUR/350 $/ 200
£ or 29,500 EUR /35,000 $/ 20,000 £ for 100 sq. meters.
Features of our houses:
* made from pre-fabricated parts
* transport and construction in 4 to 8 weeks by a proffesional team of our workers
* the ground floor and first floor area is equal, which results in 2:1 living space to building area ratio
* the construction is based on external walls of a house allowing for a free customization of rooms
* basic version ready for 100mm or 150mm rock-wool insulation
* protection with anti-fungus and impregnatory agents provides high durability
Price for basic build option includes:
* house construction
* complete roof cover, protected with windproof and steam-penetrable foil, covered with ondulina (5 colours to choose from) and cladded sheeting
* in two-condignation houses pine wood floor 28mm x 150mm
* pine-wood stairs
* wallframe of a bathroom
* wooden external doors with fittings
* wooden windows ports (no glass)
* floor insulated with rock wool plus hydro- and thermo-insulating foil, covered with 28mm x 150mm pinewood boards
* painted once with a wood-preserving paint (colours of your choice)
Additional options with prices:
* Terrace with railing - 43 EUR/ 1sq. m
* Terrace or garage roofing - 43 EUR/ 1sq. m
* 1 window lucarne - 710 EUR
* 2 window lucarne - 1,081 EUR
* roofed balcony outside the house's vertical profile, 1m wide - 1,220 EUR
* open balcony outside the house's vertical profile, 1 m wide - 881 EUR
* all-seasions version, 150mm rock-wool insulation ready +10%
Basic option does not include:
- transportation
- preparing foudations adequate to project
- laying an electric instalation
- wall insulation
- laying water and sever instalations
